Article Abstract
We suggest the early combination of a selective monoamine oxidase type B inhibitor like selegiline,and the original dopamine replacement drug, levodopa(as low-dose Sinemet),as initial symptomatic therapy in newly diagnosed cases of Parkinson's disease.
